I am extremely disappointed. I interviewed here twice in one week. No call, no follow-up. I was asked to provide references and requested they not be called until an offer was made. They called my references the day of my first and second interview. I hope the incumbent has a better sense of professional courtesy. You put me in a very difficult position with my current employer. I took time out of my schedule from my current employer spend 2-3 hours each time and didn’t get so much as email.
