In person interview at the local office. Met with two section leaders and the overall engineering division leader. The interview was fairly laid back and more of a "getting to know each other." The more formal part of the interview was followed by a tour of the office and further discussion with the section manager that the position would be under. Following the interview communication continued to occur back and forth, but it did take considerable time (6+ weeks) to get an offer.
