I was a conversion from temp contractor to FTE. My iital interview was in July 2020. It was quick and to the point. The hiring manager was straightforward, and since I had already worked on previous projects with the company before, she was already familiar with my capability from speaking to my previous manager. When it came time for a conversion, I had to apply for the role and do a screening. Having had worked with the manager and the department, it became evident that I could handle the responsibilities for the role and was offered the position. The overall process went very well and smooth.
