There was basically no interview, I was asked if I met the minimum qualifications such as heavy lifting. Made small talk and confirmed the availability I'd submitted online. After descriptions of the job it seemed like it was offered on the spot depending on the drug test results. Got a call 4-6 days later saying I passed and could come in for training soon.
