Entrevista
I filled out and submitted an application online, and was selected for an interview. I interviewed with a panel of employees of whom I'd be working with. They took turns asking me a variety of questions related to the job and my skills and experience.

If a member of the community did not like a decision you made, how would you handle it?

The interview process started with a round of panel phone screen, followed by a panel interview round of 5-6 people. Then they invited me to a third round panel interview 2 days prior to the interview date. After I selected a time, I received an email 36 hours before the interview to prepare for a presentation which “should not take more than 2.5 hours”, whereas in reality the next day I dropped everything to to rush on the presentation. During the interview, nobody even asked a single question on my presentation. Then they just took turns to ask me those preselected questions. It’s the least interactive and least personable interview experience. Three weeks after my interview, after following up multiple times, I received a standard rejection email without any feedback as to why I didn’t get the job. After going through 3 rounds of interview over the course of 3 weeks, the candidates deserve to know why they did not get selected. Maybe I was just among the pool of “diverse” candidates as part of the process.
