Very vague questions that were difficult to identify what was truly being asked. Dark room. Diversity of panel members.

Entrevista
It was scheduled with relatively short notice, both rounds. I was handed a copy of the interview questions while waiting in the lobby. The second round also involved an exercise - they had me sit at a PC to type a strategy for half an hour. Both rounds of interviews were held by groups of 4-5 people.
