I was interviewed by the Director, she was very professional and courteous. I was then asked for a second interview with Curriculum Director. I was told after that they would contact me, and they did a day later. I found the whole process very efficient and enjoyable.

Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.
