The interview process is pretty easy. You will meet with the Director and talk about the job description and responsibilities, your qualifications and you may visit the class to see how they respond to you.

Applied online got a call the next day for an interview. Interview on Friday and got the call on my way back home. Was offered the job in the same day. Process took about 5 days

They ask different scenarios about children and see what you would do, ask if you have transportation to get to work. And why would you want to work there. Then they tell you what they are about and how the company came about

Entrevista
There were two working interviews and due to computer issues the process took awhile. There was a background check a TB test and prior experience paperwork. You had to have all of your childcare certifications and at least some experience working in childcare.
