Job Consultant shared old JD and after requesting to understand role he sent mail communication by KC Dept-Head about role which was very casual and unprofessional.
1st Round - Finance Head took interview on skype with very arrogant attitude. Result - Got cleared
2nd Round - Business Unit head took interview on skype which was very welcoming and found very professional. Result - Got cleared
3rd Round - HR took interview which was again very arrogant and seem to just completing formality. Result - Got cleared
Process took almost 3 weeks. Consultant informed that they considered me for offer and asked to submit documents for verification.
Week later consultant informed that KC is awaiting for approval form there Global head.
After several followups and weeks shocked to know that they have changed the requirment and not considering for new role.
Very Unprofessional attitude and disappointing behaviour from MNC like KC.
Suggestion- Get sure about roles, KRAs, KPIs, requirements.
5 stage interview . Phone screen HR, face to face with incumbent and HR, face-to-face interviews with peers, face-to-face interview with line mgr, face-to-face interviews with managing director, reference check then offer.

Os processos foram: entrevista com RH, entrevista com gestor direto e entrevista com gestor do gestor. As pessoas me pareceram receptivas e gentis. Não gostei muito do fato de terem levado 3 semanas para me dar a resposta final. Primeiro alegaram férias do gestor. Depois o RH deixou de responder. No fim, optaram por um candidato de outro país.
Seemed like a good position and professionally handled company...most employees seemed happy to be there. From what I heard, most employees have been there for majority of their working career.
