I had a positive screening call and interview process with Khaite, or so it seemed. After investing time and effort into the process, I was completely ghosted with no follow-up or communication. This is not only discourteous but unprofessional, especially for a brand of this caliber. A simple rejection email would have sufficed. It’s concerning to see that this appears to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. I previously held the brand in high regard, but this experience has significantly changed my perception.
