Contact from recruiter, online test of mechanic et caliper, another online interview and personal interview in HQ. It should supposed to be technical position only but at the end i was told that its more sales position. Orginisation little chaotic, recruiting process too long.

The Keyence interview process was structured and competency-based, focusing on communication skills, problem-solving ability, leadership experiences, and career goals. Candidates were asked behavioral and situational questions, discussed past achievements, and demonstrated how they could contribute to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
it is a short online interview with the HR, you are going to have to introduce yourself and they'll ask you common interview questions, it takes about more or less 10 minutes.
The interview process is very long and involved. It includes simulating cold calls, completing take‑home assignments, and preparing multiple presentations. By the third screening, I had already gone through a recruiter call and a presentation, only to be asked to do another one. Overall, the process felt excessive and resembled an MLM‑style screening approach rather than a standard hiring process.
