one on one interview, panel interview, phone interview, lots of hoops to jump through. met with a lot of people who you dont really work with on a daily or even monthly basis so looking back i dont understand the benefit of meeting with those individuals. then once the interviews were done it took about 2 months to get a decision made they have zero on board training for managers!

In my opinion, the hiring process was simple. If you are an internal candidate, you are also able to see your application status online to determine if you have being considered (I am unsure if this also applies to external candidates).
