The process was extremely thorough and you could tell immediately they carefully select only individuals who they feel will fit well with the close-knit team. It was great. I interviewed individually with the different members of the team in Doral, as well as some of the other employees who were remote at the time of my interview. I also had to put together a sample presentation to show my skills as they related to the position.
