Interview was fairly straightforward and comfortable. Asked about previous employment and what I liked and didn't like about those positions. Told me about the unit and how it operates. I do feel like the unit was misrepresented in regards to isolation patients. I was told we do not take isolation patients on our unit and I would not have any COVID positive patients and this has been proven to be untrue.

The HR process is kind of convoluted but once you get an interview the process is easy. You will have an interview that is based on behavior so come with specific examples when answering questions.

The interview process was engaging. The interview was refreshingly relaxed, resembling a casual conversation among friends. It created a comfortable environment that encouraged open dialogue and authentic interaction. I would recommend to a friend.

How did you contribute to somewhere you worked in the past?
Good but time consuming .
It was good orientation, detailed questioning, they tried to make me feel comfortable. Overall, it was good experience with the interviewer.
However, it took around 2 hours for me with orientation which felt really long.
