They then required me to obtain a MATLAB certification, which cost me ₹23,000, and I managed to clear it within a week. However, it's been six days since then, and I haven't received any follow-up for the 3rd round. Despite trying to reach out, I haven't gotten any response. It feels like the recruiters are ghosting me, and I’m left wondering if I wasted ₹23,000 on a certificate that I might not even use. This is a really frustrating recruiting process—at least let me know whether we're moving forward or not.
