Long and confusing process. I spoke to about 5 people from HR. I carried out 4 interviews via teams and 1 by phone, two of which were with North American directors. I thought it would only be 3 and out of nowhere they said they needed another interview with a Brazilian, in the middle of the interview they asked me in Portuguese to speak in English, even though I had already had two interviews in English. Former employees talk about salaries below the market and without VA and VR and require fluent English for a company that is structuring itself.
