I had the initial phone interview with whomever it was very short and I felt that they were very uninterested in even learning about me and seeing if I was a good candidate. I didn't hear back for a week so I reached back out. I got an email back saying we never had the interview because they were unable to contact me which didn't happen.

First interview went well but no follow up. When I reached out to follow up my application, I was told to wait, and then silence again. I felt a fool for the second silence and decided that a good employer would tell someone whether they would or not go forward with them
