After submitting my cover letter, resume, and university transcripts I was invited for a video interview. The video interview was long and about 5 questions were asked. I found this difficult but a week later I was invited for the first face to face interview. At this interview the HR representative was present along with two Accounting Seniors. The interview was about an hour long and was quite straightforward. Afterwards I was given a technical test to ascertain my level of accounting knowledge. About 1 week later I was asked back for a second interview. This time the same HR representative was present but with two Accounting Managers. Some of the same questions were asked like the first interview but also some left of field questions were asked. It was fairly straightforward again and I felt like I had done really well.
