After 2 weeks of application online, I received an invitation from HR. The phone screen is very basic and mostly brief the JD and your background. The 2nd round is with the hiring manager. He's very nice, and he will try to plan a career path/growth for you based on their role expectation. Overall, it's a good experience to understand the company and the team vibe as well. Lastly, I got an excel assessment and the peer will review and provide feedback.
