Absolutely incompetent hr employee (she didn’t even give her last name), who invites you to an interview via WhatsApp and communicates with you rough and unprofessionally. There was no interview or call with HR, so I was immediately sent for an interview with an analyst and a manager. In general, the interview went fine, the analyst told about job tasks, the manager asked questions. Colleagues were friendly and easy-going. At the end of the interview, it turned out that it was impossible to work remotely in the company, but I was looking for a remote job. I am convinced that HR employee has to clarify such an important organizational moment , or at least clearly write it in the vacancy. Thus, my colleagues from Kaspersky and I wasted 60 minutes of our working time. After the interview, hr employee furiously began scribbling messages to me on WhatsApp and blaming me for not asking her questions and that is why the question related to remote control was missed. I told her that I thought that she would be at the interview and would be able to answer all my questions. After that, she began to be rude with me and write that "I should have read her message more carefully, which indicated that there would only be a manager on interview." I note that her WhatsApp message was in the form of solid text, without breaks / indents and any markers. Then she began to sarcastically duplicate my messages and add some of her unreasonable comments to them. I urge the management of Kaspersky to pay attention to this employee and explain that because of her behavior, there is a disgusting impression of the company.
