Originally got a phone call from the associate manager in technical support who told me that they were considering my resume, and thought I was a good candidate but first wanted to ask me several questions.
During the phone interview he asked me how I heard about the company, and would I be comfortable working in a high level of phone calls environment. I told him yes, and he invited over to there location at 1 Liberty Plaza for a in person interview.
The in person took place in a small office room, and it consisted of the Manager of Technical Support, and the Assistant Manager.
I also provided them with some thank you letters from my previous job and the manager was very impressed.
They wanted me type a cover letter. When I told them I already had a cover letter, they told me to type it over and just hand it in to the assistant manager. Then he said you did good, but the manager will call you with more news in the next few days if all goes well with the background check.
5 days later the the manager called me back and said "we want to formally blah blah blah."
I got the job.
