Initially given a 2 week takehome research/coding assignment, followed by two 1-hour technical interviews. The communication throughout was slow and non-transparent. Many times they said they would reach out within X days and did not. Some of their remarks throughout were rude or passive-aggressive. The tasks and interviews were unproportionally long in scope, but well thought out and designed.

30 minutes initial call followed by a 2-week take home assignment. After that a follow-up call to go through the solution together. If they progressed further; it would follow with a short trial run in the company. They were very systematic and transparent about interview process and the take-home assignment was very well laid out. The scope was intentionally vague; such that the candidate can narrow it down and fit it to the two weeks they are given. My overall sentiment will be negative; since they ghosted after doing a technical call to assess the solution, not giving any feedback on what did not work for them.
