I recently attended an interview for the Business Development Associate role. The process included an HR screening followed by a managerial round focused on communication, sales scenarios, and handling objections. Most questions were about convincing customers, managing rejections, and understanding the company’s product. The interviewers were friendly and mainly looked for confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm rather than prior experience. Overall, it was a smooth and learning experience.
