I completed an application online and then received an emailing coordinating a time for an interview. The interview was over Zoom. There was only one person conducting the interview. It lasted about 20 minutes.

was asked what my strengths and weaknesses were. I was asked why I wanted to volunteer at Kaiser and was told a little bit about how Kaiser values their patients and how it was built on diversity. They asked me what diversity meant to me and what experiences I have had with diverse populations.

incredibly straight forward and simple, group style interview made it very easy and took away any stress, pretty much just asked a few questions and then asked if we had questions before concluding the interview

It was pretty casual and relaxed. My coordinator was nice and approachable. I think there was about 3-4 questions for each person in the zoom, and then they discussed the program for about the last 10 minutes.
