Met with CNO and other clinical service directors. Panel interview - good discussions, Directors very open and friendly but asked tough questions. Lots of discussion around patient experience, employee and physician satisfaction. Discussion and questions regarding experience in building a service line in a union environment with serious space restrictions. New hospital planned but still many years away. Good interview
