Interview: Phone interview, mostly behavioral questions, followed by in-person interview that contained a case and behavioral questions.
Hiring: Offer extended via HR about 3 weeks after phone interview. Background check and drug test required before offer was official.
The process starting with a phone interview followed by 2 interdisciplinary panel interviews scheduled at later dates. The process took several months. KP is a large organizational with a lot of bureaucracy and the interview process reflects that.

I spoke to a hiring manager on the phone, a recruiter, and had two rounds of interviews. I never heard back from the company. Interviews were standard questions, although the same questions asked in both rounds.
