talent recruiter seemed unorganized and unenthused about their work. by time she had scheduled our phone screen, the position had already been filled. another position was identified that I was qualified for however i was "three" months away from meeting the 5 year post clinical work marker, so i was told to try again in 3 months.

Went through two interviews over zoom with 10-12 people on first interview and then 2 people on the second interview. A mix of vignette and experience questions. Took about 45 minutes each interview.
