Group Interview of 15 people, paired up to introduce each other and answered "Why should Kaiser hire them?", jeopardy style interview questions where one person answers at a time. After group interview, selected applicants will move forward to solo interview.

Application process was standard. Interview consisted of 25 people (some with up to 6 months of high-acuity RN experience...), we were paired with the person next to us and had to "sell" them to the rest of the group. Then, we played jeopardy where you picked a number 1-50 and were assigned a random question to answer (all behavioral, no clinical scenarios). Most questions were the standard ones that pop up when you google "RN interview questions," but there were some curveballs. Seems like success in this interview is equal parts preparation and luck, so cross your fingers!
