I applied on Kaiser Permanente website and a recruiter reached out to me. There was one round of interview on phone and then I was invited for an on-site for another 2 rounds of interview. The team was friendly but a very slow process. The main skillset requirement was Base SAS and the manager asked me questions based on SAS Base and a few behavioral questions. In the on site interview, I was given 3 questions and was asked to solve them.The question had a couple of tables and was given a program. I was to solve what the output of the SAS program would be and what records from the table would be selected. Another question was to write a SAS program to derive a specific table from given tables.

The process consists of: 1 information interview, behavioral interview, 1 written case The overall process was good but it took over 2 months to hear the results back. Interviewers were nice and the whole process went smoothly but very slow in terms of results.
