Made several applications on line, through their website over several week with no success. Finally through a friend I was able to speak with a rep on an informal basis. The meeting was informative and geared more towards the requirements necessary to have in order to be considered. What I took away from the meeting was although I have many years of business experience, I do not have specific experience in the health care industry, without which it is very difficult for them to place you in their organization.

First interview with a hiring manager, then with peers, and finally a panel interview with my managers peers and his manager. I also had to interview with regional teams. It was well organized and also you get to see and meet a lot of people that you would work with
