First recruiter calls to confirm interview appointment. Interview takes about 30 minutes and with a panel of people that include Director, department lead, and a fellow Health Plan Rep. After the interview is over, a response with whether the job is offered or not happens in about two weeks. The Director calls the employee with the offer.
