Kaiser interview process is awful, ridiculous, tedious and unnecessarily long winded. The HR department at Kaiser causes the interview process to become grueling and stressful. Worst interview experience of my life. The HR department is run by a bunch of chimps for lack of a better term. I got an offer but turned it down. Longest interview, hiring process. Seems Kaiser do not value or want quality employees. Once HR finally came back with an offer after all the flip flopping and games these people play, I declined the offer. I do not want this HR department to be the ones handling my paperwork over my career at Kaiser. I lost a ton of respect for this organization. Get rid of everyone in HR and start over with employees who actually care about the existing and potential employee or who even care about the company. HR can actually cause a company to not "Thrive". Disappointed in this company. Kaiser do better!!!
