The interview process involved 2 director level and 2 peer interviews. It was all over the phone. There were a total of 4 calls where you are asked a variety of questions from peers that were technical and a very uncomfortable executive director level interview. I enjoyed all except the executive director who did a great job of making it uncomfortable and made me uneasy.
