They reached out to me a couple times to get the interview scheduled. The interview itself was very casual, took about an hour. They didnt ask anything technical. Said if selected i would then have another round before the HR round. Then they completely Ghosted me. No rejection mail and no response to the follow up mail I sent. I mean the right thing for any one would be to atleast let the candidate know if they are selected or not! Disappointed..Based on the values I see they had mentioned on their website I was hoping they would be better than some companies..but...

Had an initial interview with the HR regarding the process and they scheduled another interview with a manager. The interview lasted an hour. Was all scenario based and what experience I had. Nothing technical. They said they will get back to me in a few days.. days turned into weeks..completely ghosted me. I sent a follow up mail to which they didn't reply..well based on the value they boasted about on their website..thought they would be different..but guess not! I would think that they could atleast let the candidate know despite the outcome..and if this is how they treat you when it's them who needs you for an open position they have ..I wonder how it will be once you become an actual employee ..
