Interview process was a 2 stage, initial technical and behavioural interview and then a longer and more in depth interview with a presentation. I felt it was a poor interview process because ultimately I was unsuccessful based on not meeting a criteria that was not specified in the job spec, by the recruiter, or in the initial interview. Overall it felt a massive waste of time if this critical criteria was not surfaced at any point along the way.
