Ka'Chava has a 3rd party recruiting service select candidates and conduct interviews. The 3rd party is located in London, which made it difficult to schedule a time to interview. I had to follow up 3 times after the initial selection and then another 2 times after trying to confirm a time and how it was going to take place. However, it was not an interview. It was question after question to take back to the Ka'Chava team to see if they liked me. It seemed very unprofessional and there was so conversation had at all. They were very yes and no questions. There was no chance to elaborate.
