I have been interviewed by the erstwhile leader of sales and business development for India and APAC geography. He has asked me in details about my previous experience. He was looking for someone who has decent prior experience in IT industry and has the affinity to move in the sales / BD side of it. He had asked me a lot of my leadership quality, analytic ability, situation where I had led teams, challenges faced and how I had solved it. The interview ended in a very positive note and he told me he will finalize only after interviewing all of the candidates but he has liked my candidature.
