It was a straight forward interview process, just LONG and SLOOOW. It started with a 45 minute phone interview, and then I sent in a few sample lessons. After waiting so long I thought they forgot about me I was offered an in person interview. After another month of waiting I was offered the job.

The interviewee asked a lot of questions about diversity as well as classroom malmanagement. They also had Asked about previous experience as well, student teaching and any other jobs you have had.
The interview was done over zoom which was simple process and made the interview more relaxed. Answered all of my questions, I was told I would hear back shortly but never did.
