The HR team seems disorganized and rescheduled our chat twice during the day which interfered with my own work schedule. The recruiter also sent an automated message that the hiring team is impressed and would love to move me onto the next round while we were still in the middle of our phone conversation. The hiring manager seemed more interested in identifying weaknesses rather than getting to know me and sell the pros of the position. I was told at the end of that HR would be in touch, but that never happened.
