The recruiter based in New York showed up late to the call and was very disorganized. The few questions she asked were incoherent and she seemed to lack any basic business sense. She couldn’t answer any questions on next steps and seemed to know very little about the role, process, and hiring requirements. Then received an auto email from their system rejected me. All good on the rejection but certainly this company seems to tolerate low performers who show poorly on their brand, or she just had a bad day.
