I turned in my application to the manager and was called back for an interview a few weeks later. I only had one interview, and the questions were all pretty typical: Tell me about yourself, what are your skills, what is a flaw of yours, etc. The manager seemed to like me; she wanted to hire me even though I was only 15. I went through the application and interview process, but the company would still not hire me.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Entrevista
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
