Well-organised and in constant contact with the team. The process was four steps starting with the submission of a CV and Covering Letter and some additional questions, then followed by a situational judgment test, then a video interview and finally an assessment centre in Royston.

The assessment centre had an individual case study where we were given 90 mins to read and prepare a presentation. There was a technical interview and competency-based interview. Last task was the group exercise which was a virtual escape room.

Video interview consisting of 7 questions; a pre recorded video asks you a question, you have 60 seconds to prepare your answer and then your answer is automatically recorded. You have some time to compose yourself between questions but once the question is revealed you need to be ready to answer. Questions were fairly standard HR style questions.
