The interview process was very comprehensive. It involved an initial online recorded interview with generic HR questions and then a full day of assessment center. The interviewers were so respectful and HR was excellent. The process was super smooth and even though I didn't get the position, I could see a positive company culture reflect through the employees. The program manager who managed the all the interviews and correspondence and even took the time out to give me a 15 minute feedback which is not what a lot of companies do.
