Skype interview followed by face-to-face interview and plant tour at the plant. I was asked many questions, behavioural and also technical. I also had to approach a task, a technical process issue. Its more about the approach then the technical issue, but if you do a good research on the process before the interview, you may impress your interviewers because you'll be showing them your interest and engagement at joining the company.
