An hour competency based interview with questions based on Partnership Behaviours, followed by an assessment. The assessment was given before the interview, so had time to prepare the presentation. It was not difficult. The interview was held by 2 Managers, one interviewing and the other writing and they both made me feel extremely comfortable throughout.
