Got a call from.consultancy.Scheduled a F2F on weekdays.was told its going to at 11am. Reached there by 10.40am.The Waited till 12 pm at resception.HR came out at around 12.10 and took us (other waiting candidates)into the cafeteria kind of room where already 15 people were waiting since 9am.after 1.15 the HR told the interview will be conducted after lunch ( provided by company) it was a week day and people had offices to attend, there were vary less people in the panel and it took 45 min minimum to interview a single person.The process is really slow and so is the HR.There were two persons for the interview and they asked some logical question which were quite easy.out of the two persons from the panel one was getting calls continously which did toom in middle of interview,he seemed less interested in interview but more in the calls that he was gettinh during interview.The other guy was interested in the taking interview and asked good question.after a good interview of around 45-50 minutes,HR told to leave and told results will be shared after the weekend.which they did not.Consultancy person also gave the answer like your profile is not shrtlisted.My overall interview was quite good and a positive feedback was obvious.Dont really know what criteria they had. I would rate my experience as below, HR 2/10 Process 2/10 Interview Panel 3/10 If you want to waste your office timing on weekdays ,this is the place.
