I had an interview in a career fair with SHPE. About 5 behavioral questions about different situations. Real nice interviewer. After the interview, I waited about a week to receive an offer.

Phone call screening, then it lead to one virtual interview with one of the engineers I would have been working with had I got the job and got a position on the mechanical engineering team at deere
Straight foreword interview process. It included behavioral questions only using STAR method. 5-7 question for each interview. There was a total of 2 rounds of interviews each with a 2 person panel.
Star Format on behavioral questions with 2 panels. Asked about myself then describe themselves. Then asked 5 behavioral questions in each interview. Then provided me with the opportunity to ask question related to the job.
