Several rounds of interviews. First round was a general phone call with HR. Second round was an hour with the immediate team that the position was for and the VP of engineering, consisting of high-level walk-through of the company, job and team details, and my own personal experience. The third round was an hour with the greater software and I.T. department, taking various dotnet and technical questions from the architect, principal devops, senior EDI developers and Winforms lead. The forth and final round was a meet-and-greet over lunch while also discussing database experience.
