Always delay interview and for intern, the salary is especially low. Sometimes they withdraw intern offer. Salary is very low. HR is hypocrisy, only give your wait reply. First give you a project, after complete ,upload it
, they will review it. Then they decide whether give you interview.

The interview process was extremely slow. After applying, they took over a month to reply back to me to schedule the initial phone screen. Then I had multiple rounds - an interview with the hiring manager, a take-home assignment, and an onsite. Between every interview round, it took 1.5-2 weeks to hear back about the next stage. Overall process took 8+ weeks.

Process took about 6 months, Very slow to respond. Did about 4 rounds, phone interviews, take home, then a 1/2 day of Zoom interviews. the they ghosted me, sent multiple follow up emails reaching out. After a month they forked my take-home I did on Github. Sent emails and called the recruiter, ghosted still. 100% unprofessional, they will just take your work and waste your time.
