The interview consisted of a one on one interview with the store manager that lasted for about fifteen minutes in total. The majority of the time we discussed my availability and not anything to do with my skills or customer service experience in general. It was a very unexpectedly short interview.

Interview composed of two steps: An over-the-phone interview and an in-person interview. Both were incredibly simple and asked basic interview questions such as "why do you want to work for us?".

They did not do too much of an interview. They had the basic questions they would ask, and do a background check. As long as you pass the background check then you will get hired.
